Mon – Friday: 8AM – 10M and 3PM – 5PM
Saturday: 8AM – 10AM
Sunday: 8AM – 10AM and 5PM-6PM
***Check Out is always by 10AM – If you ask for a time that is not our Business hours, there is an Extra $10 Charge on Top of the Daily Rate.
***Early or Late Pick-ups – The client must verify with the Chateau Barkingham Owner that we can accommodate their dog
***How Are you Charged Per Day – Our business is running like a human hotel but within our business hours. Our check-out time is 10AM. The day you drop off, regardless of the time is the start of your 1st Day. Reason being you are paying for the room as well the care of your dog. We must have a room available for your dog.
If your dog checks out by 10AM, you are not charged for that day. If the dog Checks Out after 10am he will be charged for the additional day.
***No Front Desk Attendant during Off Hours: If you arrive outside our hours of operation, there is no guarantee that a staff member will be available to assist you.
